Susan’s place is quiet and beautiful. There are canvas tents with cots and wood stoves for the colder months. The stars are beyond compare and if you’re a birder like me, you will have a magical time. Susan is an excellent communicator! I do recommend you have AWD or 4WD if coming in a month that isn’t summer. The gravel roads to get there are steep and have some big ruts. Nothing unmanageable but probably pretty hard if you’re not equipped in the possibility of bad weather. There is a solar/ generator powered shower house with a flush toilet that you can walk a little ways to, otherwise the toilets are compost. It is a beautiful property, very peaceful and amazing scenery!
