Saved the day!

My dog Ozzie and I couldn't find any hotels in the area that allowed pets. So we turned to the dyrt and it directed us to this lonely stretch of road that allowed camping along the side of it. A nice stream follows along side the campsites to lul you to sleep. Oh, well, what's one more night without a shower? Am I right?

Notes: Don't camp at the first sites you see driving further. There's better ones I assure you. Signs are posted everywhere, stating no campfires allowed. If you like off roading there's several trails you can check out! Peaceful and quiet!

Serenity NOW!

My german shepherd and I had a beautiful nights sleep here. Camping sites are very spread out. No need to worry about noisy neighbors. We're close enough to the freeway that it's not way off the beat and path, but zero road noise. We were woken up to a beautiful sunrise. A great breakfast and back on the road to pennsylvania.

Notes: The main road silver island road is almost non stop rumble strips buckle up! Depending on how far in you wanna go for wheel drive maybe recommended. Site are clean and spread out everywhere. Sit back and enjoy the sunshine 🌞

Very cool hot springs

Be careful before you hop in the lower spring had, what I really hope was, burro scat floating around. Don't fear there are more to find! I found a great spot to share with some truely wild asses! Great views. Well worth the stop!

Great stop!

Had a lovely evening here. Camp sites are clean and free of garbage. Spread out nicely to avoid any noisy neighbors. Beautiful way to start a cross country road trip.
