Family friendly and fabulous location

I wish I could have stayed longer. Super close to Samuel Boardman Scenic Corridor on the southern Oregon coast and 27 miles from the northern borders of Redwoods National Park. 1 mile from town. Lots of kids on bikes and families having a great time. One of the highlights of my month-long trip. Sites were fairly nartow but deep with mature vegetation. Would definitely go back!

Small sites but beautiful location with river views.

In the park and $20 a night. Got a walkin site over Memorial Day weekend which was a miracle! Clean flush bathrooms, no showers. Recycling station at entry to campground. Each site has a bear box and my row of sites had a resident bison. Near the National Ranger Museum. Walkin sites very close together - I could hear the man in the tentsite beside me snoring. Wood and ice available for sale

Small and friendly - within an hour if Crater Lake

Found this by accident and stayed 2 nights. Close to the teeny town of Prospect OR which has gas and the best general store I've ever been in. About a dozen sites - lots of heavy woods which made for fabulous privacy. No running water - i took a shower the 3rd day at the RV camp just outside of Prospect. Jeff and Wendee were great hosts. Note:Forest Service Road very rutted with sizable potholes.

Fabulous location with views of tge Hood Canal

Liked this place so much I stayed a 2nd night. Super nice hosts and campers, many of whom stay the full Memorial Day week. Beautiful walkway along canal. Try to get one of the sites across from the canal - great views and generous parking. Woke up to the songs of eagles in the trees above. Flush toilets and water faucets but no showers. I showered at tge state campground down the road for a couple of bucks. Access to supplies and fabulous food down the road - do not miss Gouyducks!

Nice to be so close to the Beach Area in Olympic NP

Generously sized campsites allowing for lots of privacy. Flush toilets and running water. Great location!
