A hidden gem. It feels like only the locals know about this park.

We like this because it’s close enough for a weekend get away with our 5th wheel. There is water hookup and electricity, boats and canoes to rent, a playground and planned activities on most weekends. There are sites NEAR the lake. One of our favorite spots is about 30’ from the water. Fishing from the bank is close by and a boat ramp is close too. There have been trophies taken from this lake.

Great park overlooking the White River tailwaters.

We come here to fly fish and enjoy the scenery. We’ve spent 2 Thanksgiving holidays here and while cold and crisp at night, it’s been great. Sometimes there is fog on the river making for great pictures. The trout are plentiful and definitely test your skill. Sitting next to a campfire at night with hot coco is one of our favorite things. Bull Shoals is a quaint sleepy little town. There is a great antique/fly shop where the owner tells good stories and will even show you how to tie a fly or two.

Great if you want to be by a lake but not too close to the water.

Easy to get into most spaces, flat long, asphalt RV sites. Quiet. Dock is just down the hill from the RV spaces.
