Cozy Park

We are staying here for 2 weeks and although it's your typical Florida park with tight spots and tons of permanents, it's also very quaint. Our neighbors are wonderful and the staff is friendly. I haven't checked out the amenities yet but I will this weekend for sure

Fun Stay

We stayed here through TRA for a week and had a great time! Friendly staff and even friendlier neighbors. Good amenities and pretty clean. Could be cleaner but it was good enough

Must Stay

We stay here through Thousand trails and love it! There are so many amenities and even a full golf course!

Hidden Gem

We stayed here for 2 weeks through our TRA plan and I have to say this park is lovely! Our site was right on the water with balcony and the view was stunning. We can not wait to go back

Great park!

Stayed here for 2 weeks and It was very pleasant. Staff is great and the neighbors were as well. The only thing that sucked is that we had a very tight spot and did not have much is any room for a porch. The ground is not very level at all although some sites have a wood deck, ours didn't. Maybe next time

Hidden Gem

We stopped here for a night on the way to SC and man I wish we could've stayed longer! The scenery is gorgeous, the spots are huge and the peace and quiet is priceless! If you are anywhere near Taccoa, Ga you HAVE to stop here. No excuses! Oh and get site 17 if you can. It's the most secluded spot and has river access and a balcony

Peace and Quiet

I stayed here for the first time for 3 days as a break from driving up to the mountains. Well worth it! If you, become a member of TRA you'll be happy

Quick Stop

We stopped in for 1 night in our way up to the mountains and was pretty happy with our stay. The spot is no luxury resort but at least it's quiet. The lots are a little run down and the 50a are limited. There's also a lot of red ants so wat h your pets. I'd stay again for 1 or 2 nights but I wouldn't call it a temporary home.

Peaceful

We love it here. Great place to just get away from the everyday bs. Very peaceful and the trails are nice. The campsite is very clean and there are a lot sized for big rigs

Excellent

We have lived over 3 months here and always enjoyed it. The people are friendly including the staff. The pool and jacuzzi are nice and if you like to fish, there are nice bass in the ponds

Great Spot

We've stayed here several times and it's been great both. Staff is friendly and there are plenty of spots, a little small bit it's all good

Great Spot!

We stayed a week and loved it. The basketball court on the other side of the fence can be a little loud until about 11pm but I'm a night guy so it didn't bother me. Other than that it's quiet, clean and close to many restaurants and stores.

Not so good anymore

I've been coming here for years and this was the first time that we came and it now looks like a dump. Every amenity was full of trash and even thrown away cloths. Oh and the grass was super tall making it hard to get to your vehicle without getting clippings all over you.

Peaceful Getaway

Whatever you do, make sure you make it out here at least once. Great people, staff and more. There's a private beach, marina, fishing dock general store I mean, why leave? Only thing we are going to do different next time is to book during the cooler months. It's hot!

Quiet yet kinda safe

We stayed here about 4 days on our way down to the Keys. This park is mostly quiet but full of sketchy people. We saw our neighbors selling illegal firearms to a young kid in his front yard. Lock your stuff up if you're going to leave anything outside. The lots are huge and clean

Relaxing

We used to come here in the 80's when they first opened. The area has definitely blown up since then but the park remains the same. Quiet, clean and very peaceful (unless there's a game but of course that's ok) We had site 48 which I highly recommend

Hidden Gem

We have stayed here 2 times for 2 weeks at a time and we live it. The park is quiet the neighbors are cool and there's even security for that added sense of safety. It's close to many restaurants and grocery stores and even Disney. I highly recommend this spot

Surprisingly peaceful

We had a short trip for about a week and other than occasional noise from loud trucks and scooters it was pretty peaceful. The neighbors were nice and kept to themselves. I did not see the facilities but the clubhouse and staff were wonderful. Our lot was spacious and fit our 38 foot rig with ease and gave us ton of space as well. The town around has very nice restaurants in Tarpon Springs but some of the area can be a little sketchy. One thing I see is that the park itself was safe.

Super Praceful!

We are only staying one week but it has been very pleasant so far. The sites are a little tight but that's normal for most of Florida, specially in a heavy populated are like Clearwater. It's unbelievably quiet although it's right off of US 19. Staff is so great. I even had 2 maintenance guys help us park our big rig!
