We were there with 2 other couples when tropical storm Elsa came. They cleaned up some tree limbs and debris shortly after the winds subsided. We had a nice week. We were next to an airport and enjoyed watching small aircraft. I videoed planes dropping banners. Pool was clean and had nice loungers and restrooms. Palm trees at every site lit up at night. You could walk to grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, the beach, and barefoot landing. You could drive a gulf cart to all these places too. They had activities also. We tie dyed our shirts with their logo on them to remember our stay. We saw fire dancers who taught the audience to dance, not with fire. The laundromat was clean. Didn’t use the showers but they were nice too. It is a gated campground. The sites are spacious and concrete pad for trailer, tow vehicle and picnic tables. Fire pits are nice. Would definitely recommend!
Owners and seasonal campers are friendly. We camped here 3 times this summer. We’re going to masquerade ball in October. Large sites, nice restrooms, big hall, pool, lake to canoe, boat & fish. They have a small cafe for breakfast and lunch. You can rent the hall for parties and weddings. You can get married at the gazebo. They have activities on weekends. Like the bingo here. Keystone Lake close to campground to go boating. Short drive to Smicksburg to shop. You may hear the horse drawn buggies of the Amish who keep their boats here. No charge for golf carts. Senior discount for sites. We invited friends who like it here and invited others. Would recommend!
