These people had pedestals with faulty wiring. Fried my $300 surge protector. Told me they couldn't move us to another site because they had several bad pedestals. Would not give me my money back.
State park. Very pretty and lots of trees. Camp with all amenities (a bit pricey) or with no hook ups. Lots to do. Family oriented. Lots of trees and lots of waterfront lots on the shores of one of Alabamas most beautiful lakes.
Miles long pig trail dirt road to get to this place. Very rude owners who lied to us. Very had a long rig with jeep in tow. She said we would have absolutely no problems getting in and if we got there and there was a problem we would be given a full refund. These nut cases charged me for 4 days. Fortunately my cc company did a charge back. Any ways the neighbors are as crazy as the owners are. It is on a dead end one way washed out mud road with no where to turn around. Have seen where others have gotten stuck. Be aware of your surroundings at all time. Threatened with a gun by owners and had to call police out.
Ok place but most all permanent residents.
Clean and quiet. Great amenities. Get any size rv in the spaces. Tent sights. Very clean bathhouse.
Racoon Mountain Campground is so awesome. One of my absolute favorite places to hang out for a week. Awesome view of Lookout Mountain. All the amenities you need with full hookups and wifi. Great dog park. Nice campstore. Lots of fun things to do nearby Chattanooga
Love this place. Everything from all hook ups with wifi to primative camping. Fishing, swimming beach, campstore, laundry facilities, nice boat ramps and canoe rentals. Extra clean and well maintained.
Nice campsites. Clean bathhouse. Pet friendly. Very friendly staff. Fishing, hiking and lots to do in nature.
This park is very quiet with deer walking through in the early morning and late afternoon. Never crowded. Older park but nice bathrooms.
Its an older rv park with very jammed together sights. Looks like mostly full time residents. No shade trees at all!
