Camped one night @$40 for electric & water hook ups. Typical paid campsite with close neighbors. Nice hike up the hill. They have a community room and bathhouse which we didn't use. Pretty Aspens changing colors while we were there.
Some great spots close to red bluffs and seasonal river. Went in the autumn and hike along the river bed and climb the falls. Vaulted toilets, fire rings, covered tables and Flatish camp spots. Free. Stayed the full three days and loved the hikes and quiet without anyone close by.
Free campsite with level spots. Vaulted toilets, covered tables, quiet with wildlife. Just 3.5miles off I-70
Free camping on a lake with tables, fire rings, some have shade, vaulted toilets. Quiet but close to a little town.
Easy hike down to the lake along a river most of the way. Pretty quiet.
Great free campsites. People are often leaving trash behind, please don't do that. Some roads could be hard to climb with out 4x4.
There are so many nice site with great views. Some have fire rings. Great free sites but so bumpy roads to get there.
Close to a small town. Cheap ($10/night for 30 amp & water). Great to recharge the batteries. Small playground, a bit run down. Quiet with few people. Small pond & mulberry trees.
Went in May when there was a bit of water flowing in the river. The beautiful mountains all around the sand dunes was wonderful to see. Clean park with lots to do.
Nice, cheap campsite with electric, vaulted toilets & sheltered picnic tables.
Very nice spot near Sand Dunes NP. Free and close to the beautiful mountains.
