Right in the middle of town. Can reserve your spot at the mobil 1 gas station in town. Slept in my car and it was 17 but if I had a tent and slept next to my car it would have been 8? Bathrooms across the street next to the lions club shelter. Dumpster, water, showers. Roads around the park stay pretty busy. There are lights that stay on all night for the veterans memorials in the park
This is an awesome primitive free camping spot along north bear creek. Just a little grass lot to pull on to with rock fire pits. Love to come in the winter for some solitude, but spring-fall it can be busy. The trout unlimited chapter has put porta johns at one of the access points
This is just a parking lot for the canoe landing, but have car camped for the night. They have pit toilets
Road splits the campground kind of annoying. Bathrooms were pretty gross. Camped on the opposite side of the road as the bathrooms and the sites were big, not sure about the other side
Nice spot to camp. Clean bathrooms and showers. Usually super busy in the summer and big family gatherings, but spots in the back are quiet
Have only been here in the fall (late Sept and Oct) and there were only a few other people in the park. Bring your own wood this time of year, no one was around to buy it from. Sites are nice and wooded
