A good state park

A great campground with flat and level spots for various campers. bathrooms are decent not the best, not the worst. Would stay again if I find myself needing a place to stop off of I70

classic American campground

a classic American campground. plenty of spots for all size campers. you can be close to others or a little more spread out if you want. Plenty of kids on bikes and playing, would be great to go as a group and no full timers which is nice.

Not Great

We stayed here because of a lack of options. A lot of full timers with elaborate and trashy set ups. our neigbors were one if them and felt entitled to intrude on our space with cornole, 6 cars and felt the need to pee in the woods at 6pm. Wouldn’t recommend unless a lack of other options.

A quick stop

A good stop for a quick night. its about 30-40 mins from the main park but had nice size spaces and clean facilities. A little buggy but met expectations as a national park.

A Hidden Gem

This place is great. A hidden gem for a trip to Acadia. Nice facilities and water views and a helpful staff who moved us to a nicer site just because it was open. The only downfall is that it soesnt show up in searches right away
