Good internet service, drinking water, bathrooms and showers available. Not much distance between sites. I was there in May and it was super quiet. Plenty of sites open. Very friendly host- Kathy.
Not much to do though. Close to the road. Prob not safe to leave stuff out unsupervised.
Not much space between sites, one paid shower- $1 for 3min. Cost very but basic sites cost $32/night. Access to water and bathrooms. Sites have fire pits and tables. Internet is kinda slow. I have Verizon and it gets 3bars. Works in a pinch.
I have Verizon and had crappy service. The campgrounds were nice and clean though. Tents are all walk-in sites. The rest are RV. I preferred the A sites to the B sites due to proximity to railroad tracks. However, I sleep with a sound machine so I couldn’t hear the train when I stayed in the B site. Overall nice facilities, and quiet. And if you’re not staying there and need to rinse, you can use the showers for $2 I think.
Facility has free Wi-Fi and cell service but not by the tent area. You can hear the train. Bathrooms, showers, and campground are clean. $27 for tent site.
Looked lush but closed. Also, no cell service.
About 40+ spots, fire ring and picnic tables in each. Clean bathrooms. Fee is $19/night (Park Rangers check). It was empty when I went. No problems finding spots.
I think this spot is great for what it is- an overnight pullover with access to a bathroom. It’s free, clean, not too noisy even though it’s right off the road, and not far from the freeway. I have Verizon and had no internet service and calls would drop.
