The campground is strange for RVs and Trailers the sites are all bump outs, not full pull through. Neither of the baths had working blow dryers for hands. The dump station flush his was taped in several spots and had the threaded male end coupler yanked off and laying on the ground making it useless for tank flush. Clearly the concessionaire isn’t doing needed maintenance.
Flies are out of control as the garbage areas are filthy around the dumpsters.
Cut our stay short a day to move in. I wouldn’t camp here again.
Great access to L&C caverns. Electric only campsite. Water fill and dump station are separate from sites. One to 2 bars on at&t or Verizon.
Stayed 3 nights. Electric + Water. Used dump on departure. Dump sit is graded and tips the wrong way ( down in front and away from sewer port) so prepare for that as you pull in to dump.
The campsite we had was difficult to back into because they recently reversed the arrows for road direction. That means all the sites fro A22 onward are now facing the wrong way!
This park can fit all sizes of rig and many sites are full hookup with 30/50a , water & sewer. Shaded trees help keep campers cooler. Winds pop up daily so watch your awnings.
This park us near Biggs Junction with truck stops by T/A and Pilot + several other stations with diesel.
The Maryhill Winery is about 4 miles up the highway for lunch and tasting.
We've been going to Ft. Worden for many years. Most recently we went camping in Nov 2019 for some cold winter fun. They had not yet turned off the water, so we had full hookups.
Here's the link to the friends of Ft. Worden site showing a map of the trails and campground sites.

Stayed a full 10 days. Had full hookups and the quality of all the facilities are great, modern and functional.
Pretty steep grades in and out of the area, but just take it easy on downhill and use your gears.
Great boat launch and fishing in the lake.
This campground was developed in the 1980’s and has wonderful facilities including showers, store, laundry, many full hookup sites and plenty of space between pull through sites.
Chief Timothy Park sits on a 282-acre island on Lower Granite Lake in the Snake River. The Park is known as the gateway to Hells Canyon Recreation Area, the deepest river gorge in North America and an area of striking scenery, abundant cultural history and outdoor adventure.
We stayed in the second loop which doesn’t have hookups but the sites were beautiful.
