Getaway on the edge of a big city.

Sites were close together and little privacy. The tent sites and cabins were the best in the park. The staff was wonderful. Some parts of the park needed updates. The park is nearby to the river trail that is paved and takes you along the Spokane river. Linens and bath towels included in deluxe cabins would be a huge plus.

Great option in an expensive destination

I would rather stay at the KOA than any of the hotels in town, and you are walkable to downtown and Safeway for groceries. Kind staff. Quiet.

Cheap campground in Kalispell

The campground was alright…don’t know if it would make top of our list. Staff was friendly. Site was inexpensive. Bathrooms were a 7 out of 10. I think the permanent and semi permanent residents put a damper on the feel of the park for us…Our site was right by a lot of them.

Great little KOA

This was our first KOA experience and it did not fail to impress. The staff was friendly bathrooms and showers were top notch and the kids had fun. Given that this is a Journey campground our expectations were not too high however we loved our weekend. Will come again.

Great family campground

Great place to stay if your in the St. Regis area. You don’t have to leave the campground if you don’t want to with tons of great activities. Bathrooms were good, showers could use some work but they were clean and had hot water. Tree sites 7 and 8 would be our preferred sites. Larger rigs look at B2. It’s shaded throughout the day. The hiking trails on site were fun and also the FS trails nearby are great as well. Only complaint is that the train echos pretty good through the canyon the town is in so noise was an issue at times throughout the night with the train horns.
