chill small campsite

close to Ketchum and loads of good bike trails. camped in a small Aspen Grove . highway noise and bugs were the only complaint.

Beautiful lake and great forests

such a nice spot to camp. the lake is beautiful and trees are juuuust great. the sites are well maintained and clean. the men's bathroom has no door for the toilet…. going #2 out in the open is fantastic đŸ˜‰. also, maybe more dog owners could bring their yappy loud dogs and train them to all bark late at night…. oh wait nevermind, that already happened.
regardless, beautiful place to camp.

Beautiful area, so so campsite.

the sawtooths and lake alturas are beautiful. lots of activities to do. the campsite didn't have many flat areas for tents and there was quite a bit of mud at some of the sites as some of the water stations drained right into the sites…. poor design. the terrain and lakes makes it all worth it though. red fish had much nicer sites but is way more crowded.

Tucked in the mountains.

Sweet campsites on a nice small lake up at around 9000 feet surrounded by mountains. Weekend summer use is heavy so plan to reserve in advance if possible. can be chilly at night. Lots of folks fishing and playing in the lake. There is a water station and bathrooms. Tons of good mountain bike trails not too far from camp. Stay hydrated, it's high and dry up here. Hardly any bugs.
