Nice campground

Nice and quiet campground. Most spots I saw were all pull through with 50A service. No water at sites, either fill prior or bring 200’ of hose, that will allow you to fill if you run dry. Hounds are on the river just prior to the lake. Saw pelicans and mulies (bucks). Weather was constantly changing and did not necessarily match Cody weather. Fires were allowed with wood on site with donation. Showers and pit toilets also on grounds.

Amazing adventure

Caverns are worth the trip. Relaxing campground!

Good homemade for Yellowstone

Great, clean, friendly campground. Mostly RVs, but tents are welcome. It did get quite windy 3 of the 4 nights of out stay- around 4pm and beyond, so be aware if gone.

HOT

Dunes are impressive and worth a hike. Virtually no shade in Eagles cove area. Wagon wheel is more shades. Super hot at time of visit- 101 F

Relaxing and excellent

We’ve always enjoyed this area my entire life. First time here RVing. Amazing golf course, super friendly staff, great clean pool! Breakfast at the course is awesome, within walking distance and great bang for the buck. Did not visit casino, but shuttle is readily available.
