Dry Camping By The Sea

127 Slanted or parallel dry camp asphalt spots located along the Pacific Ocean and PCH approx 8 miles north of Ventura and 20 miles south of Santa Barbara off the Seaside Exit. All spots are on first serve basis. You pay via cash or check to the host that will come to your site. When you arrive get a payment envelope at a pay stand and fill out and put the form on your rig or tow vehicle. (security is around all night so you can’t try to camp for free). The next morning a host will come to you to collect payment. 50% chance you will have marine layer. But if you love the sound of waves crashing and seagulls then it’s perfect! No amenities besides trash cans. Short drive or bike to Faria Beach that has a delicious cafe.Quiet time is 9pm-7am of which no generators can be used.

Rustic Lakeside Hidden Gem

Lake of the Woods RV and Cabin Resort in Oregon. It is a lake surrounded by trees 30 min West of Klamath Falls. This is truly a cozy hidden gem! It’s rustic and clean with all the amenities you need. The max stay is 14 days and full hook ups are $50-$60. The restaurant and pizza parlor are fantastic! And in Oregon, you pay zero sales tax!

Quaint Garden

We were fortunate to stay at Bend Sisters Garden RV Resort in Sisters, Oregon. It was lovely and filled with lush greenery 🌿🌱🌲 and beautiful flowers πŸ’ 🌸 🌺 🌹🌷🌼. The resort is meticulously clean. The bathrooms and showers were in a log cabin and hook ups were the nicest we’ve seen. 5 ⭐️ in our opinion.
