Top notch Campground

We had a really nice time at Martin Stream Campground. Its run really well by a young man named zach who was always around and checking in and very attentive with the people and the property. We tented in a great little spot right along the stream. I will say there appeared to be a lot of all summer camper rentals, so it was a little odd with everyone seeming to be friendly and already knowing one another. Each sight had water and electricity hook ups and wifi pretty much from the entire spread of sites. The sites are pretty much on top of one another which is the only reason it's a 4 star for me. I prefer a little more secluded. If I go back, itll probably be on either end of the season with hopefully less people. All in all, a really nice facility run by a very competent and friendly kid! Lots of games and boats to rent. A really nice park and pool. Looks like he does daily activities and keeps the place looking absolutely beautiful!

Little tight but we got it solo

We really enjoyed staying here since we were rafting with them the next day. Cheap spots right next to the river. It was also right off the high way so we heard trucks all night, but I found it pretty reasonable. The sites are all pretty together in a open field, which was okay for us since we were the only ones there but might be hard if fully booked. I think this would be great for a big family or group because it would all be close together. They supplied all the sites with bottle/can and trash cans. We got a spot right under a nice crab apple tree and enjoyed our time there. A little older but still a great place. Very nice, friendly owners!

Huge campsites lakeside

I couldn't believe how large the lots were. While they arent super far from one another, they are large enough that they seem further than they are. Nice beautiful wooded area, we were able to put a tent and hang a hammock for sleeping. Price was very reasonable. The bathroom closest to us was having a running water issue, but it wasn't a big deal for us the lean too lots looked nice too if you're looking for coverage. It was a little close to the road, but it isnt a major road so I looked at it like a reasonable alarm clock. The lot was freshly raked and there really wasn't anything we didn't like about the site. Campfire pit had a grill!

Beautiful beach side camping

We camped a couple nights here at site 218, it was a slightly obscured water view but it was a beautiful view over a massive field looking out to the farm. The preseason rates were impossible to beat and it is a nice new facility. Running water spickets everywhere, nice flushing outhouses. We rented a kayaks at one point and had a great two hour kayak in a back cove and along the seashore. There were even horseshoe crabs mating on the kayak rental launch. Camp store was okay prices and had some quality options. All in all, great location and cant wait to return.
