It is 55+ I rented a cabin/mh for my mom and her friend. Although my boyfriend and I are not 55 they still let us go in and have dinner with my mom and there is a cute tiki bar upfront. They have food beer and cigarettes. Beautiful sunset on the lake

One of my favorite places in the Florida keys. The scenery is pristine. Very full most of the time it takes a few months in advance to get a spot sometimes a year out.

I stayed for a few months and had all the amenities I needed to be comfortable from wifi to hot showers. The rates are good and one of the few campgrounds in the area that isn't 55+ or big and expensive like lazy days. Great location for the strawberry festival but be sure to make a reservation.
