Awesome RV Park!

Big trees, lots of shade, full hook ups. Pic-Nic tables at each spot. Very friendly staff. Easy check in. Good price. Some road noise but not loud enough to be problematic. We have a 36ft travel trailer with slides on both sides. Was able to fit into the pull through no problem with truck parked in front (stayed hooked up so we can leave the following day)

Awesome Park, Friendly Staff, Will Return!

This park is really close to sedona, if Sedona is too booked it's an easy and pretty drive from this park to Sedona Arizona. The staff is very nice and they keep the grounds very clean. We are here in January and the end of December and it was a lot colder than I would have imagined. That doesn't change it for us it's still a great Park and we will come back. In other pictures I noticed that the park look like it was dirt lots however it is all gravel and very well maintained. The clubhouse the pool the showers the bathrooms are all really nice and it is kid friendly!

Awesome Location, Great Walking/Bike Path, Great for Kids!

What a great spot. You can now book online. Great for families. You can easily walk to the beach. Awesome paths for walking or biking. I would tow the kids around in a bike cart and we could ride up and down the pathway, under the Newport Bridge (it's safe), to the Jetty and near Rogue Brewery!! Love this spot. Good public bathrooms, power and water hookups. Dump station there but no sewer at your camp site (only draw back), otherwise it is awesome!! The outer edges of the loops are better for bigger RVs, travel trailers.

Near the River is Awesome, Camp Ground kinda Quirky

The front of the camp ground is long term if not permanent residents.  Lots of clutter and miscellaneous items.  Looks like stuff that just doesn't fit into their trailer and made its way to their covered area (near their trailers).

Everyone kept to themselves, not much chatting going on with nearby "campers".  The level we were on, just above the level near the River wasn't terrible.  I liked it because we were a little further from the strong flowing river with our 2 little boys.  It is beautiful and sounds awesome, but just to play it safe with the young ones I would recommend the spots on the level right above the river front.

The spots near the water look really nice.  You would be able to hear the River from your camp spot.  These spots had fire pits.  Our spot looked like it was there at one point, but wasn't there any longer.

Very limited cell signal here.

Camp ground said their wifi was down, she mentioned it would be back up the next day, but it never was during or stay.  That would have made it a little better to have connection to the world (as I am working on the road).

Our spot was unique, the power and water were on the same side, if you back in they would be on the passenger side and the sewer didnt have a good connection so I located a nearby stump to weigh it down.  That was on the drivers side (again if you back into the space).

They offer a cable box at check in, which we didnt use that came with a coax cable and HDMI.  (again, wifi would have solved this instead of taking these items that look like they are in a reusable bag).

Overall, the views are awesome, being that close to the water is awesome and I didnt feel unsafe, just a little unique of a spot.  They did offer good sam and the lady was very nice to call and check on our good sam membership number.

The common room (they call the friendship room) that looks like a living room appeared closed for now (covid) and the laundry was open, but we did not use.  The bathrooms were closed (covid).

Not Bad, Good Pass through RV Park, Not Paved

We have stayed here a few times with no issue. The people that answer the phone are nice and helpful. We stayed at this park along our commute to Oregon.

Full Hook Ups.

Easy to get into the park and easy to get situated.

All dirty, with concrete pads for your RV or Trailer.

Not a bad spot, felt safe and headed out the next day during our commute.

Clean, Organized and Paved

Nice park! Staff is friendly. Right next to the Rogue Brewery and Bar which overlooks the Port of Newport. They have an overflow lot which isn't that great and near the Motel 6, but the Park is nice. All paved. Good bike riding in the area. Lots of fishermen and areas to take a boat out.

Enjoyable, Clean, Oregon Vibes

Nice grounds, several bathrooms. Near a great walk path (paved) and easy access to the beach. This is a great campground and very kid friendly!!

Clean, Big Trees, Beautiful Views

Staff is so nice here. Full hook ups. Beautiful views and you can see Mt. Shasta from the park. A stream that runs through the park (kids played in). Really enjoyable and we have been here before and had to return. Pizza shop in the park. Didn't try it, but heard it was good!

Clean, Nice, Beautiful Views

All paved. Even the 4 mile road from the Park Gate. I wasn't aware that we needed to pay a park fee even though we booked the site. However if you buy a year pass for 20.00 you get half off your RV space. Havent gone to the marina yet to check to see if the spot is half, but that is what the lady said at the park check in (not RV check in). The power, sewer and water were very organized. Spots clean and organized. We will be back!! What a great park and nice public bathrooms. If your handicap, you can take the handicap RV space. Just need a posted placard.

Clean, Organized, Friendly Staff!

Although you don't get much of a change in elevation to have cooler weather. Its a little cooler than Phoenix or Tucson as far as temperatures go. The staff is so nice and help you right when you pull in, including helping as you back into your spot. The trash pickup is a nice touch as well. Just leave the trash in a bag at the edge of your site and they will come by and pick it up. Park is very clean and organized in the layout. Its only 30 minute drive to Sedona and the drive is pretty. Worth it and enjoyable. We will come back!
