Beautiful and quiet.
We stayed a couple of days in early February. Other than the some mild rain and a bit chilly at night it was an excellent spot. Pretty much had the place to ourselves. There are several established sites with open areas and fire pits. No amenities so make sure you bring everything you need. We tucked in behind a nice juniper tree to keep out of the wind, but there is a very large area at the camp we used, enough room for multiple tents. Roads are a bit rough definitely would recommend 4wd if your going to go back further along the road. Lots of deer and possible elk tracks in the area, but didn’t see anything.
