Dont follow the map when looking for shelter at Shrewsbury Peak

The map provided by the State Park Service is not very accurate concerning the locations and number of shelters available on your way to the summit. We took trail #1 to the summit in some still very deep snow (waist high in most spots, with a lot of running water on the trail) only to find there is no shelter to speak of near the summit as we were expecting from the map. Instead we were forced to start our descent late in the day down Trail #9 where we found a shelter and spent the night. The hike down back to the parking area near Trail #2 was great and brought along with it some great views. The State Park Service needs to severely update the only map available of the Coolidge Range. Other than that, a great hike and camp spot.
