Great stopover on 59/69

We reserved online New Years Day and pulled in to a perfect spot. All concrete and clean. Nice club house. Easy access to the interstate. Across the street from a water park and next to a go kart race track.

Love this RV Resort!

I could live here! Beautiful park. Sites are individually owned. Rent a beach buggy and have a blast!

Great stopover on Lake Texana

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at Brackenridge. Sites are level. Asphalt. Nice views of the lake. We stayed in the pull through sites (124 and 125) but the other lots are shaded by beautiful live oaks. No motorized scooters/hoverboards allowed.

No 2 on USA Today List for Good Reason

We stayed in lot 211 in early October. The park is outstanding. Clean. Level sites. Paved hiking trails to the Shut In’s. The store and visitor center were already closed during the week but open on the weekend. The leaves were just starting to turn.

Clean, Level, Convenient !

The park is clean and the sites are level and pull through. It is conveniently located outside of Fredericksburg but close to a lot of the wineries. Quiet hours are strictly enforced starting at 10 pm. And don’t put your rug on the grass! Haha! We had a great time!

Beautiful lake and sunsets

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lake Ouachita State Park! We stayed in space 55 and had a great view of the lake and the beautiful sunsets. Our friends stayed in space 1. It was more shady but didn’t have a view of the lake. The cell service was minimal (1 bar) but a cell booster gave us full service. Very clean park!

Great weekend Beautiful lake!

We stayed in site 92. It was level, shady, and had a good view of the lake. The lake and park were clean. Would have given it a “5” but no sewer. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful Views Clean Park

We just stayed 3 nights in space 23. Level asphalt lots but spaced kinda wonky. Shady. I wish it had sewer. We also looked for a nearby lake to fish or kayak but nothing unless you go to Iron Fork Lake which is down the mountain.

The lodge and restaurant were nice. We hiked the Lover’s Leap trail which was one mile and moderate with a nice lookout.

Overall it is beautiful and had a nice breeze but just had a lot to do on top of the mountain.

Clean, Nice level lots

We just stayed 4 nights. Easy access off the Highway. Nice level lots with plenty of room behind to set up tables and games. Clean. Highway noise is a little loud but it does die down at night so no problem sleeping.
