Very clean. Great hosts. Lovely area.
Had a quick one nighter here in fall 2021. Sites are large and spread out. No facilities except for very clean pit toilets. 5 mi off I26 makes it easily accessible.
Stayed here in Nov when the trees were in full color. Beautiful! Sites are spaced nicely and angled for an easy in and out. Shower house could and should be larger. Ranger on duty was very friendly.
Located near Shawnee National Forest. Beautiful area. Facilities nice. Hiking. Birding. Nature!!
Huge IN state park and campground. Indiana’s oldest. Many trails. Creek is awesome. Cabins. Love it!
Beautiful huge state park and camping. Tons of hiking trails. Surrounding area gorgeous. Door County is a must see.
Beautiful MI state park on the shores of Lake Michigan. Close to Mackinaw Bridge.
Nice smaller campground in the UP close to waterfalls and scenic beauty.
I hesitate to give even 4 stars but I will with being able to camp among giant boulders. Facilities were all closed.
No power or shower but worth it. Tough hiking with spectacular scenery. Love it here!!
Facilities and surrounding area were real nice. Just a one nighter but took the dog on a long hike.
Spent a quick one night passing thru here. Sites just ok but surrounding area and hiking nice. If fly fishing is your thing then this place will do it.
Loved the trails, facilities and beautiful surrounding area. Just a solo one nighter so can’t really add more.
Love this campground and Ridgway SP. Facilities with showers, laundry and power and water at site. Campground hosts are top notch along with the volunteers working there. Close to Montrose Ridgway and Ouray CO.
We loved Rev Ridge and Golden Gate canyon SP. Numerous hiking trails. Excellent facilities. Accommodating campground hosts. Nederland, Blackhawk, Boulder CO. Stayed on 46, 56, and 51 during a 5 nite stay. Great sites. All pull thrus.
Cons. No showers. Vault toilets. Small trees. Pros. Spectacular views. Breckinridge Dillon Frisco Lake Dillon right there. Hiking Boating Biking. Mountains.
Nice Mich State Park campground near South Haven MI located on the Lake Michigan shoreline. Clean shower houses. Sites with electric. Short walk to beach.
This is my yearly spot. Cannot say enough good things about WB. It’s right on the shores of Lake Michigan. The beach, sand dunes, local wineries are all right there. Some sites have water. All have electric. The downside is there is no sewer hookups.
It’s probably the closest camping to downtown Chicago. About 5 years in existence. Clean facilities with a few trails. Camp Sullivan is used a lot by scouting groups. There are lots of trees and it is somewhat woodsy. The best thing to me is Jack Gibbons’s, a restaurant directly across the street.
