Lovely place to stay, clean with trash cans and vault toilets. Unfortunately we had 5 hail storms that night.
Great in crowded campground 90+ sites and only maybe a dozen filled. Glacier NP was full. Primitive facilities but very clean and quiet
Stopped here as a last minute stop after having a great steak dinner at the Cattlemen’s Club. Camp host were super nice and helpful. Let us move the picnic table to get our off-road Boreas into the site. Bathrooms are clean and bug free. The only draw back was we were on the corner by the group tent site and it was non-stop traffic from 10pm to midnight. I guess the forgot to teach the Boy Scouts camp etiquette, that you don’t walk through another’s camp site to get to facilities. Our German Shepherd popped her head up and growled each time someone walked through our camp site.
We were staying at Two Medicine and found this campground. We drive through to see if it would be an option to not stress about jumping through the horrific reservation process to stay at Glacier. They have 95 spots, all lot of shade but also some sunny options if you have solar panels and require recharging. Porta-potties on,y and no running water, we carry 40 gallons so big deal for us. The staff was super nice and looks really laid back with very few people there. Next time I come to Glacier staying here.
A couple of sites, that are well kept with grills, fire rings and picnic tables. BUT, looks as if a couple of people are living there and constant traffic through the loops even late at night and at the crack of dawn that resemble possible drug deals.
