The road in is an easy drive but the campground road itself is very rocky

Sights are right on the lake and in the shade of the trees most of the day so it doesn’t get too hot.

The sights are well spaced giving you plenty of room. There is a pretty easy hike to a waterfall which is big or small depending on the season. The hot springs is privately owned so it is extra but worth enjoying.

Non motorized lake is quiet and peaceful. Watching the bald eagles catching fish is awesome!
