Roadtrip Pit Stop

Just what we needed driving from the Tetons back to Denver. It was easy to find, was right on the route, and was far enough from the highway that traffic was just gentle light noise. Felt very safe! When you turn off you’ll see a sign that says “Mineral Road X” and the coordinates on this listing took us right to a large, gravel/dirt patch. Plenty of room to camp! I enjoyed a night of cowboy camping under the stars. There were quite a few mosquitoes though! Bring your bug spray!

Convenient and Great Teton Views

The campsite was easy to find and a great place to rest each night after full days in the park. No bears or signs of bears, but that may have been due to the screaming group of 3 girls who showed up asking to share sites with people and proceeded to yell until 11pm that night and begin again at 6am

Peaceful and Convenient

This was the perfect spot for us to rest after Glacier before driving to the Tetons. We had beautiful views and a very peaceful night. No bears or signs of bears! Enjoyed hammocking with the sound of the stream throughout the night. There was no service for Verizon

Easy Find! Great Sites!

This campsite was the perfect break in our drive from North Cascades to Glacier. The road was easy to find and there were so many great sites. There is a porta potty too. We found a site that was both tent-able and hammock-able. Lots of mosquitoes though!

Hammock-able!

Easy to find and right off the road on our way to Lassen from Great Basin. Bathrooms were clean and had toilet paper. Plenty of spaces even when we pulled in at 9pm on a Monday night
