Beautiful and clean! Right on the water with a little hut. Awesome playground as well. There is a hike across the water that has incredible waterfalls.
It was flooded when we went and dead but still incredible! Clean bathrooms and friendly DNR. The lake was really nice and good fishing! The scenery was great and lots of wildlife. Went crystal digging at Coleman which was also unbelievable. Will definitely go back when half the US is underwater!
Great campground. Huge, and new information building and great sites. Clean and secluded. But, the thing that got us was the hikes/waterfalls. You can’t make this stuff up! It was a remarkable campground/State Park!
Secluded campsites, electrical hookups, friendly staff. Beautiful sights and amazing trail heads. Some were challenging but worth it! Bathrooms/showers were really clean as well.
Absolutely incredible sights! Three huge waterfalls that were breath taking. Great trails/hikes. Very clean and well kept. Easy access and friendly people!
Hands down the best place we stayed at! The ocean was across the street, the campsites are spaced in a nice manner. We chose the outside (primitive) of the campground next to ocean because it was crammed inside. Showers/bathrooms were impeccable! Disc golf course was way nice. We caught crab with our hands, they were everywhere! So neat! So beautiful! So perfect! We stayed two days instead of just the one day passing thru on the road trip because it was that good! Kind staff!
Incredible time! Great entertainment and clean place. It’s hard not to have a good time and amazing food.
Very friendly people! Campsites a little close to others and sound traveled. Trails were way nice and the scenery was beautiful-lots of deer!
Impeccable campground. Primitive, so no electricity. Clean, secluded, and beautiful! It was the perfect place to stay while we tripped the North Scenic Route.
Beautiful is an understatement! We camped right on the beach. The beach was very clean, but the ocean was a little dirty from the flooding. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. We saw baby dolphins and crabs. Only wish we could’ve drove up on the beach as well. Showers/bathrooms were spotless!
Beautiful/secluded bayou campground. Was very clean, secure and had wiFi. Friendly staff and beautiful sites. Highly recommend. Bathrooms were also very clean!
Incredible people who were kind and very accommodating! We stayed in an RV lot and they let us put our teepee up and it was right on the river. Beautiful night stay!
Incredible campground and beautiful park! We saw a ton of Elk and the trails were incredible! Amazing waterfalls!
