A couple of the basic sites are great with 2 having paths to the river. Great access to outfitters for floats on the river. Visit the cave, hike or just sit in the river.

Thorny ridge has a great variety of sites. Most a relatively secluded, but there's a few right on top of each other. Thorny Ridge is more than just a name, watch out for thorny branches especially with kids and pups. Lots of sites have direct water access and great shade.

Really quiet during the week. However, fishing boat traffic increases through the week so the closer to the water you are, the less quiet it gets.

It's a popular fishing lake, but again weekdays are pretty quiet. Some spots have are more intended for trailer camping or you set up your tent on asphalt due to site slope rocks or roots.
