Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better, it’s not- Dr. Seuss

Small with much to offer

Great park! Staff is very friendly, pleasant and helpful. We as a family felt very safe there. Park is gated at night, only access with code. Clean restrooms and showers. Conveniently close to grocery stores. If you want to stay in Florida at affordable prices and have access to the best beaches in the US. This is the place to stay.

Needs updates

Nice park, however needs some up dates. We visited during weekend, which is busy. Don’t want to complain, however “Barking Dogs” the whole time was a bit too much. That rule is not enforced by rangers. Not enough bathrooms, noticed yucky urine smells around campsites. (Peeing in the woods I suppose ). Sunday night-Monday morning, campground little more enjoyable, crowds and barking dogs vacated. However trash bins over flowing with mountain of trash.
WiFi unavailable and Antenna TV not available. Lots of shade, and pretty lake. Bathroom some what clean- one shower (?????). Our site not completely level, notice a lot of wash out gravel in other sites. For the price, I was disappointed with this park. It really could be a nice park with updates. Traveling in C Class.

Nice and Clean, will be back

On our way to Florida and stopped for the night. Really impressed with the COE campground. Most sites all on the lake with many large healthy shade trees. Bathrooms clean, plenty of space between campsites. We are traveling in C-Class. Can’t wait to revisit for longer stay.

October Paradise

October was perfect time to stay here. Temp’s were comfortable. Beautiful canyon, colors are unbelievable. Really enjoyed this State Park. Will visit again!

RV by the Water

Privately owned resort with gated entry-code only. Quiet and relaxing with nicely land scape sites. Full Hook-up at all the sites. Big rig easy access. We have stayed here twice and enjoyed our stay. They have everything covered- great store, pool, showers you will envy, laundry mat, and fishing peers. A little pricey, but it’s worth the splurge. You will appreciate what they offer.

Camp by the water

COE-Campground. I love this campground, but hate the reservation system. Problem seeing sites booked, and the party no shows leaving a great site unavailable. Very frustrating. This reason knocks it down a couple notch’s on rating system.
Otherwise this is one of the best campgrounds in Tennessee. Beautiful lake views with rolling hills. Phone, TV, Satellite maybe unavailable on some sites. Campground does offers full hook- up, however some sites do not have sewer or 50 amp. Great for families! Kayaking and fishing and also beach for swimming. Picnic table and fire ring at all the sites. Book early!

Camp by the water

We are in a 35’ 5th Wheel. Most sites easy access, some sites maybe tight for bigger Rigs.
Some sites have Full Hook-up, 50 amp. (Sewer not available on water sites.). This campground is family friendly. Great for kayaking, fishing, swimming, and family gathering.

Camp by the Lake!

You can camp by the water at Tim’s Ford Lake. Some sites have full hook up’s up to 50 amp. Sewer hook up is not available at the water sites. We enjoy this campground. Great for kayaking and fishing. Family friendly.
35’ Fifth Wheel was a breeze at most sites, a couple sites may be tight.

Best Resort in the Us!

Splurge for once, well worth it. This resort has everything covered. Beautiful outdoor stone fire places at some sites. Beautiful views overlooking Douglas Lake.
