Dispersed camping. Rough road but camping spots marked and on a 4 mile loop. Can’t get far off road but was super quiet. There were some RVs. Limit 5 days.

The fields are free to camp and there are wide open spaces for privacy. I got there on a Saturday and the ATVs were roaring through all day and into evening. But hey it was free.

Nice basic camp. Lots of shade rings a field which may also be camped on. $10 for 3 days. Walk to lake. Fire pit with grill & picnic tables. Was car camping and it was perfect for that. Wouldn’t call it back country at all. Permits available online.
