Another gem in the desert

Flat rock sites, concrete slab with cute cafe table or picnic table. Some pull through and some not. Has electricity and very nice bathroom. $1.50 coin showers and a laundry. Quiet with trees (this is unusual given all of the packed together concrete RV parking lots we’ve seen) and very kind and helpful campground host who went above and beyond. They have water, our site had a stand up grill like you find in a park. Really great place to spend the night and have morning coffee.

Best roadside campground ever

Our site had a view of the water. Sites are close but in grass, not concrete. Lots of trees and shade. WiFi and full hookups. Bathrooms with showers. Great host, and yes, alpacas :)

Pine trees smell good

We usually avoid commercial campgrounds because they are overpriced and we often are paying the same price as a $400,000 RV that is running hot water, laundry, AC etc when we plug in an extension cord to run our fan. We got a site last minute on a holiday weekend and the woman who answered was very pleasant and helpful. The pine trees smell great, they have washing machines and a line to dry, bath house and showers. There is a little putting course for kids among the trees. It is a good family campground.

Lovely camp site but bad neighbors

This is a cute place (very tidy) with a lovely view. Unfortunately there is a privately owned campground next door with a lot of parties, alcohol, and really loud, vulgar, voices. Only a few sites available. Very quiet Sunday night.
