We stayed two nights at site 13 and it was great. Bunch of sites open because of the weather. the potholes on the road to get there are pretty bad right now and add extra time. Very quiet campground overall, most of the sites had good privacy, and it was nice to be so close to the Storm Castle Peak trailhead.

We decided to stay here because it was closest to Crater Lake but we were VERY disappointed. campgrounds were so close together we could see 6 campgrounds and their tents from our fire pit. Bathrooms were kind of icky even thought I don’t really care about that, but the service there was unhelpful and took forever. We would not go back

This campground was fantastic. The rangers greeting us were quick and super nice and helpful. We weren’t allowed to buy a campground before 2:00 pm so we came back right at 2 and the ranger gave us the most amazing campsite with a private little beach on the river. The campsite itself had so much privacy in the trees, awesome pull in for the car, big fire pit, clean bathrooms and showers, EVERYTHING was great. 100% recommend.
