one of my favorite boat in spots

the only thing I don’t enjoy is when the $&-! houseboats Park there. there are signs posted to deter them and park rangers come around few and far between. great spots which some can be slightly difficult for less capable. a couple sites are tucked away (which are beautifully nestled in the woods) but again can be a trek. great level spots for tents. picnic table, fIre ring and bear locker.

great spot I’ll always return to

many things make this a favorite spot of mine. camp hosts are always helpful and aren’t in your business. Spots are all beautiful and haven’t really found a bad one yet. Showers and bathrooms are maintained Well. (coin op showers) well posted signs daily’s or high/low tide and activities in the area. a must see for anyone even thinking about visiting.

Expensive

$35 for a double site, when you aren’t even on the water is a little steep for a camp spot for me. close proximity to the lake but still not on the water. good shade coverage with beautiful redwoods and manzanita. when the water is low it may be a trek to the water. across the road and down the hill. average site. not my favorite coupled with the price.

Overall great location

Sites are easily accessible and well maintained. Shoreline spots are PRIME. Easy access for anchoring boats. Toilets are well maintained flush. Store has the necessities you may forget.
