Free camp with a view!

This is an awesome camp area! There is actually 5 miles of gravel road that has different dispersed campsites. We stayed on the upper Teton loop which was popular but worth it! One bear box on the loop. Many fire pits to signify each camp site. Both tents and Large RVs. We have a 28’ bumper pull - roads are a bit rough but fine. Our neighbors saw some black bear in the area. You’re in the middle to both entrances of the GTNP.

Great inexpensive find!

At $10 a night you can’t beat this. Beautiful trees & quiet spacious camp sites…fire pits, water & bathrooms avlaliable. Grizzly was roaming Around our site but we didn’t see him. Someone was leaving food out. No Verizon service but I could get a signal out front near the memorial.

For a state park fee - totally worth it!

GORGEOUS! dry camping but beautiful view! We had lake front with a picnic table by the lake. Friendly hosts & rangers. Bathrooms & water pumps available

clean camp ground

We weren’t planning on stopping but we were tired. they have clean nice private showers, laundry, gravel lots with full hookups. putt putt course is free for your first round & well kept!

Amazing inexpensive camping bear YNP!

Beautiful! On the Madison river! Great space, quiet & fantastic location! West Yellowstone is only 5 minutes away. We traveled into YNP a few days & also up to Big Sky MT! We stayed here an entire week. We moved to an electric site our last night to charge up. We are in a 28’ camper.

Quiet & spacious!

What a beautiful campground! Next to a Great Lake, lots of space & wooded tree area! We enjoyed a great campfire & only stayed one night but it was great & would have stayed longer if we weren’t moving on. We are in a 28’ camper. Very quiet and nice. Lots of wood for $6
