EXTREMELY friendly staff and very accommodating!! All of the sites are easily accessible to the showers and the location is perfect for White Sands National Monument. I would definitely stay here again if we go back to the region.

Nice little campground with wonderful hot showers AND a washer and dryer. They keep open a little space in the lodge so you can watch TV and they also have plenty of board games and books to keep you entertained. There are not any fire pits or ways to cook remotely so you will have to bring that with you.

Very open campground (not a lot of privacy) with easy access to showers. They have a great little convenience store on site and a little cafe/burger style eatery. Make sure you bring the majority of your supply needs in as the nearest store is about 18 miles into Carlsbad.

Fantastic campground just down the road from the ferry docks. Very clean and secluded camp sites. A five minute walk takes you to the beachfront where there are picnic tables. Lots of wildlife wandering around the grounds. The only thing that was a little strange was that you have to put quarters into the shower in order to get hot water…so definitely bring quarters.
