A great campground to stay at if you want to be a bit secluded from the city around Saratoga Springs. Drive is beautiful. Campground itself is large but everything is centrally and conveniently located. Sites are wooded and private. Rates are reasonable.
This campground provides some great wooded camp sites. Some are larger than others and some are more private than others. There are two bathrooms centrally located - nice and clean. Trails offer some great scenic vistas. There is a beach side of the pond with picnic tables and grills. And theres also a nice little area on the opposite side of the pond with a small entry area to the pond that we bring the dogs to. A nice big open field too with a few lawn games set up. Friendly staff.
This campground is small - but its conveniently located near a larger city if you decide you want to venture back to civilization. The trails in the park are nice and well maintained. The larger pond has a nice beach and picnic area. Hang out by the stream with a little bridge and be lullaby-ed by the whooshing waters.
Large park. Good sized sites with plenty of shade and decent privacy. Bathrooms are sufficient and there are enough to cover the wide expanse of the park. Swimming pond and beach is clean but can get crowded on a busy weekend. Frog pond is fun to explore. Reasonable rates.
Smaller tent sites. One centrally located bathroom. Nice mix of sun and shade. Convenient to down town and waterfront. Beach is beautiful and conveniently close to sites.
