Newly renovated! Has great camp spots around the lake. Beautiful views. Went for the day and loved hiking around the lake. Lots of small fish. Everyone was respectful and nice. Hope it survives the fires.

Loved camping here! There are about 6 spots when you drive in and around the bathrooms. If you go farther in there are many more sites away from the crowd. It was quiet and peaceful camping spot. All the sites were clean. No camp fires available.

The night sky is amazing. We woke up at 3am for the best Milky Way view.

There are cows that graze the land. They were very vocal.

We didn’t want to stay near the bathrooms. Recommend a camping toilet and traveljanes from Amazon for woman.

This is a beautiful area and many camp sites at the bottom by the creek. However during 4th of July it was packed. We went up the mountain and found a beautiful pond to camp next to. There was no one that far up there. Bring bug spray there are so many mosquitos in this area! Must have a high clearance & 4 wheel drive vehicle to access the top of the mountain.
