Nice campground with a lot of facilities throughout. There’s an ice machine ($5 for 8lb), showers, laundry, flush toilets, etc.- but the sites didn’t feel very private (at least in loop J and the surrounding areas), though it didn’t feel crowded. If you like having the comforts of home while camping, this would be a good choice. If you’re looking for a more private (and basic) site, check out Aspen Meadows down the road.
FYI don’t tie anything to trees, even if you wrap them first.
Sites were fairly close together, but everyone was friendly. Filled up quickly on Friday, FCFS campground.
Vault toilets and firewood are both close by. Short walk to the lake, which is beautiful. Trail accessible within the grounds.
Quiet (mid-week stay) campground with access to hiking trails. Some sites are more secluded than others, 5 was great. No service from Sprint/T-Mobile at the campground, but accessible near panorama point.
