While technically true that you should have an RV with a toilet, water tank, and inside cooking facilities, we have successfully stayed at several Harvest Host locations in a campervan. We do have a porta-potty but do not have a water tank and can only cook inside if we have an electric hookup (some Harvest Host locations offer this but it is not the norm). We try to seek out places that have on-site dining (pre-Covid of course) and/or places that are open late (for those last minute bathroom runs). We have met some awesome hosts and enjoyed great wine, beer, and meals.
