Just wanted to give shout out to Land O Pines campground in Covington, LA. Lots of permanent sites there but a great place to take kids just to enjoy life. Has on site pool, slides, putt putt, playground and the famous creek (according to my kids). They love to go play in the sand, walk in creek and of course swing from rope swing
