Does anyone know where you can do dispersed camping in Southern California or seldom used roads that can be accessed without 4 wheel drive in a pick up truck?
Hey Erik, You can disperse camp on most BLM land and some Forest Service land. With this Covid thing going on, most State Parks and county parks are closed. Federal Parks are open but are very crowded because the others are closed. Use the Dyrt map to scope out BLM areas under the different layers part of the app. It works good and search the campground in those areas for more information. Good luck.
