doing a trip down to San Diego and am curious if there is any good camping along I5. I know highway 1 is prettier, but it takes too long. Any suggestions?
There are nice areas along I5 in Northern California (Castle Crags is awesome) but as you get into SoCal there isn’t much near the highway. Sequoia Kings Canyon is beautiful but quite a ways from the highway.
