If you need a place to stay for a night, it will suffice. Utilities all worked. However...

Parking was in an open area. No trees. VERY close to I-10 so it was noisy all night. Place looked generally run down. Bathroom was out of order (see photo). Dumpster overflowing. We had Passport America and it should have been $20. They charged $25. I suggest staying elsewhere if you can.
