This wasn't my first time in Joshua Tree. And, admittedly, I was just passing though this time around.

But White Tank was super convenient because I snagged the last site a little before noon and was then able to head back down into Twentynine Palms to stock up on supplies and get some mobile work done.

Got back to my site in time to enjoy the short Arch Rock Trail and scramble around on the rocks for a bit.

The Cholla Cactus Garden was also an epic stop at sunrise the next morning on my way south through the park!
