Remote and Quiet

Peaceful campground located above Lake Mead with oleander, eucalyptus, and olive trees in the landscape. Flush toilets and water spigots scattered around campground. Campsite pads are relatively short. This campground was probably built in the early 1970s, well before the advent of big rigs. Showers available down near marina and costs 25 cents for two minutes of hot water. However, it probably takes at least a minute and a half for the water to warm up if your the first one in. Laundromat available: $1.75 for wash, $1.25 for 50 minutes of drying time. Dump station near campground exit. $20/night/campsite. Senior rate is $10. Review written January 20, 2021.
