Private and primitive

Just down the street from Williams Bottom, these sites seem to be very buggy in summer months thanks to the quiet section of the Colorado River across the street and a natural spring nearby creating marshy conditions. It can be quite experience-ruining at the wrong time of year. Across from Colorado River on potash road, the scenery is incredible with high red cliff walls. A bit close to the road with the threat of cars and OHVs creating noise all the time. The grounds are pretty small and sites are walk-in (tents only), but there is some privacy between sites. A good option for access to everything Moab has to offer including proximity to downtown Moab, 2 national parks, a state park and tons of BLM land, mountain biking and OHV trails.
