Early November ant it was 72°/36°- amazing. A few people taking advantage that the Host was gone. One camper complained to the police. I did not see any riffraff or scary people. We really loved this place. Road sounds in the distance. Some sites are really long I’d say avg is 30-45 feet. Some perfectly level, others not so much. All paved. Hiking and biking. Super close to Prescott. All have tent pads as well as long driveways. So
