Sites are open or shaded, the full hookup section has recently been upgraded with new paved roads, power pedestals, and water hookups. New bathhouse/washrooms being constructed. New RV section being constructed as well. AT&T service was 30+ down and less than 1 up. Little to no T-Mobile.
