I stay here at least twice a year for a week at a time. The lake is very refreshing on a 100 degree day. The old western town of Winthrop is only a couple miles away. There’s around a dozen campsites right on the lake with your very own private beach access. No hook ups on the beachfront sites, but plenty of full hook ups available away from the water.
