So much to do. So little time

As others have sad, it is close to the interstate, but most campgrounds are and it really was OK. White noise is soothing after all. The park is nice. Well maintained. Clean. Super nice hosts. Big rig friendly. Tenting OK. What makes this a super choice is it is close to:

  1. The center of the universe. Wallace. Google it. They are! There's even a medallion in the middle of the intersection in downtown. Seriously, Wallace is a great town rich in history and has several really good breweries.
  2. Trail of the Coeur d'Alene. 70+ mile rails to trails. We rode a total of 50 miles.
  3. Trail of the Hiawatha. A MUST! All downhill rails to trails going through 9 tunnels (1 is 1.66 miles long) and across 7 sky high trestles. Amazing experience. Kids to grandparents. Great for all.
  4. Mine for gold.
  5. Hiking
  6. Ski lift in Kellogg

A great choice if you like to chill or explore
